    Online Sales Representative (Hybrid – Warsaw, IN) Are you an experienced salesperson who excels in a structured, relationship-driven sales environment where timely lead response and consistent follow-up matter most? Do you enjoy working inbound leads, building trust with customers, and guiding them to the right solution—without high-pressure tactics? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Yoder’s Portable Buildings is hiring an Online Sales Representative to handle inbound digital leads across Indiana and Michigan. This is a hybrid position, with remote sales work 80% of the time and 20% in-office at our Warsaw, Indiana headquarters. This role requires prior sales experience and strong communication skills. You will work with customers who have already expressed interest through our website, phone calls, and online inquiries, helping them select the right portable building while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We provide structured training, proven sales systems, and ongoing coaching—but we are looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of sales, follow-up, and closing. Responsibilities: • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound online leads, phone calls, emails, and text inquiries • Manage and convert leads from Indiana and Michigan • Conduct sales consultations via phone, video call, and digital communication • Guide customers through product selection, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines • Build rapport and trust while identifying customer needs and budget • Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity • Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales process • Close sales and meet or exceed individual sales goals • Coordinate orders with internal teams to ensure accuracy and smooth delivery • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching • Work periodically from the Warsaw, IN office for collaboration, training, and scheduling needs Qualifications: • Previous sales experience required (inside sales, retail sales, phone sales, or B2C sales preferred) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to follow up, overcome objections, and close sales • Comfortable selling by phone, email, text, and computer-based systems • Experience using CRM or sales tracking software preferred • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively • High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience in construction-related, home improvement, or retail sales is a plus Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
