    Job Description:

    We are looking for a data-oriented and strategic E-Commerce Sales and Marketing Specialist to oversee and grow our online sales channels. This role will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing sales performance, analyzing revenue data, and developing strategies to increase visibility and conversion across platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon or Shopify, ensuring content accuracy and SEO optimization

    Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for growth

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts or overstock situations

    Handle promotions, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, Shopify apps)

    Analyze competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce space

    Prepare regular sales reports and channel performance updates for management

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience managing Amazon, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms

    Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and sales analytics

    Proficiency in using tools like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Admin, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.

    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Fluency in English; 2nd language skills are a plus

    Preferred:

    Experience with Amazon FBA and Shopify

    Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital ad platforms (Amazon, Google or Meta ads)

    Background in consumer goods or tech products.
