    Reports to: Accounts Payable Supervisor

    Location : Diamond Bar, CA

    Business Hours : Mon- Fri, 9am – 6pm

    Job Overview : The Accounts Payable Specialist III will be responsible for assisting the AP Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the Accounts Payable Department. This Department processes a high volume of invoices for multiple-store and holdings entities. We require a person who is proactive, experienced, organized, detail-oriented, has excellent time-management, teamwork, and a high level of accuracy in the matter of processing and paying invoices for each location in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    · Assist AP Supervisor and actively participate in the day-to-day AP Accounting

    · Back up for AP Supervisor and other AP Staff

    · Correspond with vendors/landlord and employees to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries.

    · Review lease agreement and contracts for payment and reconciliation

    · Maintain and process rent via lease accounting system.

    · Review rent invoice and process rent payment.

    · Review and prepare CAM reconciliation.

    · Review AIA form, construction/renovation invoices and follow up on lien release.

    · Submit construction payment to bank for loan reimbursement.

    · Review and process payment for tax, legal, escrow, insurance, credit card and HR related invoices

    · Prepare and review all the checks, Wire and ACH transfer before signature.

    · Reconcile vendor statements and prepare vendor credit application.

    · In charge of new location set up and invoice follow up with R365

    · Coordinate and ensure timely monthly closing for store and quarterly for holdings.

    · Prepare and review AP aging report and vendor purchase report.

    · Prepare accrual and other AP related reports.

    · Review and prepare fixed asset investment file.

    · Maintain, review and update vendor files for Form 1099 and request W9.

    · Process and review high volume invoices for multiple stores and holdings entities.

    · Ensure accurate coding and timely entry of invoices and payment into the accounting system.

    · Maintain filing system for vendor invoices.

    · Monitor check inventory level for each store and order appropriate quantity as needed.

    · Sort and distribute incoming AP mails and invoices.

    · Reconcile report for merchant credit card fee and bank fee.

    · Reconcile cam reconciliation from landlord.

    · Reconcile invoices from online and 3rd party delivery company.

    · The company or supervisor may assign other duties and responsibilities.

    Requirements and qualifications:

    · BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field strongly desired.

    · 5 years of experience minimum in Accounts Payable.

    · Proactive, High level of accuracy and pays attention to detail.

    · Restaurant 365 is our Accounting Software which is desired but not required.

    · Microsoft Excel experience. (Pivot Tables, V-lookup etc.)

    · Proficient in Adobe.
