Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Supervise the daily operations of assigned properties in Columbia, MD, overseeing property maintenance and repair requests. • Ensure prompt follow-up on all pending tasks and work orders until they are completed. • Daily monitoring and closure of open tasks, providing a weekly status report to the Manager with reasons for delays and expected completion dates. • Support the Community Manager in reviewing and approving invoices, ensuring inspections are done before approval, and resolving any discrepancies. • Serve as the main point of contact for all properties in Columbia, MD. • Respond to homeowner inquiries within 24 hours via phone or email. • Keep an updated Community Information Sheet for assigned properties, verifying and monitoring all relevant information regularly. • Assist in contract reviews to ensure they meet community needs and are up to date. • Follow up with homeowners the next business day after emergency response repairs. • Conduct weekly inspections of properties, noting any issues and taking necessary actions to address them. • Assist in preparing monthly management reports and coordinating community meetings, including necessary arrangements. • Manage the insurance database for all owners to ensure active policies, sending notifications and following up as required. • Prepare and dispatch all community mailings promptly. • Provide support to the Community Manager as needed. Qualifications: • Must excel in maintaining organization and efficiently handling multiple tasks. • Attention to detail is crucial. • Should be a proactive self-starter, motivated to work independently. • Proficient communication skills are a must. • Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field. • Familiarity with property management software and tools is essential. • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities are necessary. • Demonstrated capability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload. • Must have US Work Authorization. Compensation: $45,000 yearly
