    RCP Management is seeking a seasoned Onsite Community Manager to oversee the operations of a residential community in Eddison, NJ. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: • 401(k) plan with employer match • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Life insurance • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage • Flexible PTO Responsibilities: • Coordinate and lead Board meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making • Prepare detailed agendas, management reports, and all supporting materials for Board review • Perform routine property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and address issues proactively • Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries, providing appropriate support and resolution • Collaborate with emergency services and supervise response efforts when necessary • Demonstrate strong financial management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight • Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant laws, local regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance • Uphold a high standard of service, especially during complex or high-pressure situations • Advise the Board on operational best practices, fiduciary responsibilities, and strategic financial planning • Work independently with minimal supervision, displaying initiative and sound judgment Qualifications: • CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) preferred • Additional certifications from CAI (Community Associations Institute) and/or IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) are strongly preferred • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in community association management • In-depth understanding of applicable laws, industry regulations, and best practices • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated negotiation ability • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a consistently professional demeanor • Familiarity with Vantaca property management software is preferred Compensation: $85,000 Annually
