Job Title: IT Support Technician – Onsite

Overview:
MCPC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide Tier 1 technical support at our client’s manufacturing facility in Butler, Indiana. This is a fully onsite role supporting end users in a dynamic shopfloor and office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Perform system migrations from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets and maintain accurate computer inventory records.
- Handle Active Directory objects including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Install and replace computers on the shopfloor, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications.
- Experience with Active Directory administration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
- This role requires physical presence at the client site five days a week.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with shopfloor personnel.
