    Location: Butler, Indiana (Client Site)

    Employment Type: contract through end of year

    Overview:

    MCPC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide Tier 1 technical support at our client’s manufacturing facility in Butler, Indiana. This is a fully onsite role supporting end users in a dynamic shopfloor and office environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Tier 1 support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
    • Perform system migrations from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
    • Manage ServiceNow tickets and maintain accurate computer inventory records.
    • Handle Active Directory objects including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
    • Install and replace computers on the shopfloor, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems.
    • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications.
    • Experience with Active Directory administration.
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Additional Information:

    • This role requires physical presence at the client site five days a week.
    • Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with shopfloor personnel.
