    The Valleywide Companies is seeking a Field Project Coordinator with a strong background in construction / civil construction to join our growing team.

    About the Role This position is responsible for overseeing construction job sites from the planning phase through project completion. You will serve as the key point of contact in the field, coordinating crews, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage and oversee day-to-day field operations on construction sites

    Coordinate project activities from planning through completion

    Ensure safety and compliance standards are followed on-site

    Review and interpret blueprints and plans

    Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and crews

    Maintain organized documentation and progress tracking

    Requirements

    Background in construction or civil construction (required)

    Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

    Proficient with computers and project documentation

    Ability to run a job site independently

    Must be able to read and interpret blueprints

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all contractor companies

    Reliable transportation required

    Must be comfortable working 100% outdoors

    Availability: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend needs

    Compensation $25/hour DOE (depending on experience)
