Maintain HR records, reporting, and policy documentation
Support OSHA compliance, safety initiatives, and training programs
Manage workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance

Preferred Strengths
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
