Help Desk / End User Support Analyst – Onsite in Roseville, CA
We’re seeking a full-time End User Analyst to provide onsite technical support for a great location in Roseville, CA. This position serves as the first point of contact for end users needing assistance with laptop, desktop, and related IT systems. You’ll troubleshoot daily support issues, install and maintain hardware/software, and work closely with Tier 2 and senior IT staff.
This is an onsite role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST , with a mandatory 1-hour lunch break. Occasional overtime opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of desktop and end-user IT issues
Install, configure, test, and maintain workstations and peripheral equipment
Monitor and manage workstation hardware/software performance and issues
Maintain inventory records of hardware and software assets
Collaborate with client managers and Tier 2 IT staff on complex issues
Support network and workstation operations, including connectivity and application support
Participate in testing and feedback for new systems, updates, mobile devices, and software
Assist senior IT staff with escalated issues and advanced troubleshooting
Maintain efficient deployment checklists and documentation for all systems
Consistently document issues, resolutions, and support procedures in ticketing system
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
Strong hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and support
Clear, professional communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
At least 3 years in a customer-facing or IT support role
Solid critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to clearly translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 3 hours to remote office locations on rare occasions.
