Onsite Medical Cart Technician
Position Summary:
• The Onsite Medical Cart Technician will primarily be responsible for assessing repair issues, repair, and general maintenance in anything medical cart/kiosk related. They will have the highest degree of customer service when interacting with clients’ staff to provide an easy and positive experience. This position requires the use of basic tools such as drill/drivers and hand tools daily and must be able to physically move carts/kiosks from area to area.
The Onsite Medical Cart Technician must be able to mechanically disassemble and reassemble various components of the medical cart. We’re looking for a self-starter with a great attitude and work ethic.
The hours of operation are typically 8AM-5PM at the facility of assignment, which many vary based on work availability.
Responsibilities:
• Perform customer support tasks.
• Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance.
• Track and document the progression of the work.
• Communicate with direct report on daily workload and direction.
• Perform troubleshooting.
• Logs comments for all service requests, incidents and change orders performed.
• Identify all issues.
• Maintains detailed asset records for all PC hardware and software, in customers’ asset management tool.
• Suggest and implement solutions.
• Check and update field automation systems and databases
. • Adhere to company’s given rules and regulations.
• Team up with colleagues and other team members.
• Build relationships and trust with customers and clients.
• Maintaining clean and functional tools.
Key Outcomes of this Position:
• Successfully building medical carts while maintaining a high level of quality, up to the customers’ standards.
• Maintaining and following customer designated SLA results.
• Positive MCPC representation while conducting self at customer facilities.

• Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel to and from locations.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record (less than 6 points on license to adhere to insurance requirements).
• Be able to walk long distances.
