Onsite Porter (Housing Required) – Los Angeles, California

Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Onsite Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a residential community in the Los Angeles area. This role requires living onsite and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and making a visible impact every day. You will play a key role in creating a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove trash, debris, and litter
• Maintain clean walkways, parking areas, and dumpster enclosures
• Keep common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and pool areas clean and presentable
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs
• Support unit turnover by helping with basic cleaning and preparation
• Provide friendly customer service to residents
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or groundskeeping is helpful but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be willing and able to live onsite
