    A professionally managed condominium association located in a historic downtown Milwaukee building is seeking a part-time, onsite Property Manager to oversee daily operations and serve as a key liaison between residents, vendors, and the board. This 30-hour-per-week role requires consistent onsite presence and close collaboration with the building’s support staff.

    About the Role:

    The Property Manager works closely with the onsite maintenance team and a 24/7 concierge staff to ensure a high standard of care, service, and responsiveness. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and confident managing the day-to-day needs of a complex residential community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, board members, and vendors

    • Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, inspections, and service requests

    • Support the board with communication, reporting, and policy enforcement

    • Collaborate with the concierge and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations

    • Manage vendor scheduling, project follow-through, and administrative tracking

    Ideal Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in property or condominium management preferred

    • Experience working with historic or older buildings is a plus

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners

    Additional Details:

    • 30 hours per week, onsite

    • Schedule to be coordinated with the board; remote work is not an option

    • Hourly compensation based on experience
