Onsite Recruiter

Sansom Staffing is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to support one of our valued manufacturing clients located in the western suburbs. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding) for a high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Partner with hiring managers and leads to understand staffing needs and provide timely solutions.

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate and employee records.

• Support other Sansom Staffing orders outside of this client when time permits.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while upholding client and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing or high-volume recruiting strongly preferred).

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and ability to prioritize under pressure.

• High sense of urgency and adaptability to meet shifting client demands.

• Must be able to work onsite 100% from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
