We are seeking a MARKETING COORDINATOR to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting Sales & Marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns and provide marketing materials. Primary duties include tradeshow management, creating and managing marketing materials such as sales presentations, flyers, blog posts, email outreach or social media posts. Assist in analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and organize tradeshows: updating tradeshow calendars, book event venue, make travel arrangements, coordinate booth set up, liaise with corresponding vendors, etc.
- Conduct pre-tradeshow promotion to reach our target customers through mailing list or other media outreach
- Keep promotional materials by coordinating requirements and inventory stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
- Support sales staff by providing sales presentation and marketing materials
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Previous experience in marketing for industrial products or other related fields
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, WordPress, Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
- Deadline driven, well-organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Graphic design skill is a plus
