We are anticipating a number of new clients in Austin, Texas coming through the pipeline very quickly and our job is to find the right talent now in preparation for the influx. These companies are looking for Certified Dialysis Technicians, with at least 6 months of experience certified, and who understand that dialysis is not just a job it's a purposeful calling. This is a great opportunity for you if you are goal-oriented, gregarious, high energy, solution-oriented, and thrive in a multi-tasking environment.

The goal of this position - your core purpose and duty - is to Provide acute hemodialysis treatments for dialysis patients in hospitals or dialysis clinics, advocate for patients while they are at the unit, and effectively communicate with other team members any information relevant to delivering quality care.

Your daily duties will include…

• Escorting patients into the treatment area to compile patient health information,
• Recording vital signs and assessments per company policy and state regulations,
• Providing acute hemodialysis treatment & direct patient care related to the dialysis treatments,
• Monitor dialysis machines and RO water systems for accuracy and safety.
• Perform various safety checks and respond appropriately to visual and audible alarms.
