    We are anticipating a number of new clients in Houston, Texas coming through the pipeline very quickly and our job is to find the right talent now in preparation for the influx. These companies are looking for Certified Dialysis Technicians with at least 1 year of experience certified, who have exceptional communication skills and quality charting skills (and if you're bilingual, that's a plus!)

    This is a great opportunity for you if you follow protocols, are analytical, computer literate, and know how to respond to the physical and emotional needs of patients in a multi-tasking environment.

    The goal of this position - your core purpose and most important tasks is to monitor and adjust fluid removal rate according to the patient's initial signs and minimize the possibility of infection through proper equipment handling while following strict protocols, to guarantee safe and effective outcomes for patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

    Your daily duties will include…

    • Escorting patients into the treatment area to compile patient health information
    • Recording vital signs and assessments per company policy and/or state regulations,
    • Providing acute hemodialysis treatment & direct patient care related to the dialysis treatments,
    • Monitor dialysis machines and RO water systems for accuracy and safety.
    • Perform various safety checks and respond appropriately to visual and audible alarms.

    • You must have current hemodialysis technician certification from approved certifying organizations: Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC), Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing Technology Certification (BONENT), or National Nephrology Certification Organization (NNCO)
    • You must have current CPR certification
    • High School Diploma or GED
