    • Academic background and/or professional experience in life sciences, business, analytics, or a related field relevant to transforming complex organizations.
    • At least 2+ years of professional experience in consulting or in a relevant industry role (early‑career is welcome, but not entry‑level).
    • Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical and biotech operating models; exposure to consumer sector operating model work is also beneficial.
    • Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and structured delivery capabilities.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with comfort in fast‑moving environments.
    • Experience with consulting, operating model design, business analysis, process design, product ownership, or enterprise transformation (nice‑to‑have, not required).

    Skills We’re Looking For:

    • Defining market and customer models
    • Setting strategic vision and design principles
    • Designing organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities
    • Mapping capabilities and optimizing processes
    • Developing business cases and benefits frameworks
    • Defining transformation roadmaps and mobilizing change
