Our Client is a full-service medical day spa located in Belleair Bluffs, Florida. The staff offer treatments including BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM, CoolSculpting, Laser Liposuction, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Resurfacing, IPL, and Facial Treatments to men and women from Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and other communities on Florida's gulf coast. We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner – Medspa to join our team.

TIMING: FULL TIME (4-5 days per week) 10am to 5/6/7pm (Weekdays plus some Saturdays during busy season/Holidays)

COMPENSATION: Base Hourly Rate + Team Commission (Services Pool + Retail Pool)

JOB DUTIES

• Perform injectable treatments using dermal fillers such as Juvéderm and Botox.
• Perform IPL Laser Treatments
• Perform CO2 and Erbium Laser Resurfacing Treatments.
• Perform blood draws for topical PRP treatments.
• Review patient medical history, clear patients for treatments and perform medical charting.
• Perform patient consultations and make treatment and retail recommendations.
• Ensure customer delight. Work with team to provide 5-star experience for every patient.
• Support marketing department through social media posting and video production.
• Perform regular patient follow-ups – in person and on phone.
• Participate in team training sessions and company meetings.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum 1-year experience injecting BOTOX and Fillers (Juvéderm products preferred).

Active Florida NP license in good standing.

Proficient with a wide range of injectable and laser systems.

Knowledge of applicable regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control.   

Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
