Responsibilities: • Oversee the Operations Team in creating highly efficient systems and processes while maintaining a high level of client experience. • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute the sales team's strategic vision, offering insights on market trends and growth opportunities. • Develop and execute a strategic plan for hiring real estate agents by sourcing top talent through multiple channels and aligning hiring decisions with company values and culture. • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for new agents, offering continuous coaching and support to help them excel, while fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development within the team. • Set performance expectations and sales targets, providing guidance and support to agents while monitoring performance and KPIs to drive improvements through increased conversion. • Maintain high standards for professionalism, ethics, and client experience in your leadership role. Additionally, exhibit strong leadership skills by offering actionable recommendations for improvement when objectives are not met. • Operate across tactical, strategic, and operational levels, managing projects that transcend organizational structures or leadership domains, and optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. • Provide regular reports to leadership on sales and recruitment metrics, utilizing data analysis to optimize team performance. Additionally, take responsibility for overseeing financial systems, budget maintenance, and generating financial reports. Compensation: $115,000 - $155,000 yearly
