Responsibilities: Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Lead generate to prospect for seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct a high-level of fiduciary needs-based analysis using open-ended questions and buyer intake sheet Follow up on nurtured contacts and apply smart plans and campaigns accordingly using Command CRM databaseConduct buyer consultations and obtain executed Buyer Brokerage Agreement for each clientEffectively negotiate and oversee negotiations for all buyersAttend regular script-practice and role-playIf applicable, oversee Showing Partner in selecting homes that meet clients’ needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, and closing to contract offersIf applicable, hire, train, and consult all Buyer Agents and Showing PartnersGenerate daily activities for production to contribute to lead flow and conversion Track numbers, metrics, and activity using daily lead gen tracking sheetOversee all aspects of transactions on the buy side from initial contact to contract to closeNegotiating for contracts for buyers, coordinating and negotiating through inspectionsEstablish yourself as a local expert on communities and neighborhoods, school districts, current market conditions, and home valuationsDevelop expert knowledge on residential lending, process for obtaining mortgage financing, new home construction, basics of interior design and architecture, and current state of the economyAttend weekly team meetings for accountabilityAttend networking events and participate in community engagement for strategic partnershipsMaintain a high level of commitment to excellence and strive for 5-star reviews from clients Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Compensation: $200,000 yearly at plan
