    Job Description

     

     Establish and builds effective and strong partnership with our Community Relations, HR, Scheduling, Operations and Care Coordination teams for a complete understanding of the hiring needs for our Clients.

    ·Owns the strategy and develops and execute an adaptable and flexible hiring plan, including sourcing, pre-qualifying, and closing offers with desired candidates to meet our changing business needs. This sourcing strategy includes a wide variety of recruitment events in assigned geographic areas.

    ·Establishes and builds strategic alliances with professional organizations, educational institutions and government agencies to impact recruiting efforts, name branding and outreach efforts.

    · Sources, screens, qualifies and interviews prospective candidates for targeted geographic areas and always makes hiring decisions and tracks results while ensuring compliance with company policy and or established regulatory requirements.

    · Promotes Open Arms Solutions as Employer of Choice to all potential candidates by providing up to date information and recruitment marketing working closely with our Marketing team. Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in the industry.

    · Revise job posting, staffing and sourcing procedures to continually improve and streamline the recruiting process and maximize resources.

    · Manages candidate slates, including on-going communication and interview itineraries and maintain appropriate candidate follow-up during the process.

    · Maintains contact and candidate information to ensure applicant tracking database integrity for current and future job opportunities.

    · Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through acting as the face of the company and ensuring a seamless transition from interview to training.

    · Respond in a professional and efficient manner to inquiries from candidates, recruiters and hiring managers for questions related to the hiring process.

    ·Manage the offer process and track acceptance/turn downs.

    ·Communicates closely with designated business partners to determine ongoing recruitment needs and ensures achievement of hiring goals.

    · Working strategically with HR and Compliance Coordinator for on boarding and overall communication with new hires.

    · Collect and review new hire documents to ensure compliance with the IDPH and Company policy.

    · Collect feedback from internal stake holders and new hires for process improvement.

    · Maintain recruiting database and Clear Care database for statistical analysis and reporting
