    Job Description

    Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced consultants to join a pool of qualified professionals who can support (EGPAF) with strategic development, pitch and concept creation, technical and persuasive writing, and bid/proposal development. This pool will serve as a go-to resource for short- and medium-term assignments that help us identify new opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and pursue funding aligned with our mission.

    Ideal candidates will bring demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:

    • Pitch development
    • Donor and partner landscape analysis across philanthropic, corporate, and public sectors
    • Concept note and case statement creation
    • Technical and persuasive writing tailored to diverse funder audiences
    • Grant and bid proposal development
    • Strategic input on funding opportunities and positioning

    Consultants may be engaged on a project-by-project basis, with scopes that could include developing funding decks, writing proposals in response to RFPs or grant calls, conducting funder research, or supporting internal strategy sessions. Strong analytical skills, experience translating complex ideas into clear and compelling content, and a track record of successful fundraising or business development work are essential.

    We welcome applicants with backgrounds and experience in global health program design and management for HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, advocacy, and the use of innovation and technology for health systems improvement.
