    OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

    We're hiring a versatile contract IT Administrator to assist with managing and addressing IT tasks across our innovative suite of technological tools. These tools include Salesforce, GSuite, Dropbox, Dialpad, and others. If you're a self-starter, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, flexible IT knowledge-base, and possibly broad programmatic experience in an object-oriented language (ex. Python, Java, and Javascript), and please apply! 

    Tasks will range from the simple to complex, depending on the applicant's experience level, and could include field management, 3rd party integrations, object-based programming, and simple troubleshooting. This work helps our innovative legal aid nonprofit run efficiently, in the cloud, at a time high need in our community. 

    You must be a dynamic problem-solver, an efficient time manager, and will be required to learn the ins and outs of our case management system and have ownership of how it gets us closer to our mission. This position reports to our Manager of Technology and Analytics and is perfect for someone wanting who wants to learn more about database design or information management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as main point of contact for internal IT support regarding Salesforce, and all other software
    • Maintain and troubleshoot all small-to-medium IT issues and outages
    • Coordinate IT repairs and fixes when needed
    • Run various reports within Salesforce, to ensure data is accurate and find areas of improvement
    • Oversee internal software/systems, including updates and user licensing 
    • Proactively finding potential issues and taking the steps to resolve them 
    • Ensure security of IT infrastructure
    • Manage the upgrade of all internal systems with new releases and security risks as needed
    • Develop expertise to train and onboard staff on new and current technologies

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience working with computer databases or other technical systems 
    • Self-starter
    • High attention to detail
    • Strong work ethic

    BONUS POINTS:

    • At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or IT Administrator
    • Workable programmatic knowledge of and experience with Salesforce
    • Experience in an object-oriented programming language (some examples are Python, Java, JavaScript)
    • Experience with Dropbox and G Suite

    THIS IS A CONTRACTOR AND TEMPORARY ROLE WITH COMPENSATION AT $27.64/HOUR.
