As you grow, we will give you increasing responsibility for managing project scopes, teams, and client relationships.You will be part of small cross-functional agile team where a typical day involves participating in daily stand-up, investigating business hurdles, running point to keep business owners focused on deliverables, and implementing and reporting on data analytics to reveal new ways of approaching our business objectives.Essential FunctionsResearch, Data Analysis & Financial ModellingPerform complex qualitative and quantitative data analysis to understand target markets, business unit and/or revenue channel. Interview subject matter experts and conduct industry research to deepen understanding of Ignition client challenges.Analyze historical financial data to identify key challenges, opportunities, and tradeoffs for Ignition clients and ORIM business units.Develop financial projections based on historical analysis.Improve profitability by continuously analyzing internal data, understanding the industry direction, identifying opportunity, presenting to the c-level team and partnering with business owners.Define KPIs, analyze key metrics performance against forecast and build strategic execution plans to ensure success of target goals and quota.Strategy Development & Client EngagementSynthesize key takeaways to develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans to meet our financial objectives.Create Ignition client deliverables with research findings and recommendations in PowerPoint, using visualization and charts.Present findings to senior leadership and internal business owners. Proactively anticipate business and client needs and react quickly to requests or issues.Support and understand functionality of Ignition, financial application, and reporting application. Review monthly reporting and roadmap for Ignition.Project SupportAnalyze and evaluate current business processes and identify areas of improvement.Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs.Conduct notetaking for internal and client meetings, knowledge management, and project administration. Contribute to firm knowledge development, codification, and dissemination.Collaborating with users and stakeholders.Work closely with senior management partners to understand and improve their businesses.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or statistics.1-3 years work experience in related field.You have strong financial acumen and financial modeling skills. You are an Excel wizard and take pride in a well-structured, high quality model.You love client services.You use data to inform and lead.You conduct thorough research to determine best processes and to present results that are most effective.You are energized by solving problems and getting to the right answer.You are looking for opportunities to grow and accelerate your career.You enjoy working with teams and believe diversity of thinking gets to better answers.You are willing to challenge and be challenged, regardless of seniority.
