Research technician would participate animal handling and breeding, genotyping, rodent behavioral testing, dissections, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence staining of brain sections, DNA and RNA extraction and quantification, PCR, RT-PCR, protein extraction and quantification, gel electrophoresis, Western blot analysis, ELISA, cell culture techniques, etc. Technician would help to train undergraduate student volunteers in the lab and aid in their daily functions under the manager's direction.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree Less than 12 months experience.
