Responsible for managing and leading all aspects of corporate human resources initiatives.  Works with executives and senior to develop policies and procedures consistent with company human resources strategies and systems and state and federal employment law. Plans and implements human resources functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, etc.  May be responsible for hiring, termination, and performance and pay reviews of Human Resources staff.  Requires an bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field and 2-3 years of management experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. May lead and direct the work of others.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to the Director or Vice President of Human Resources.
