  • Responsibilities

    Operates statement printing equipment to process statements, letters, notices, etc.  Duties may include:

    Capturing, sorting and/or distributing items or documents using machinery to meet requirements

    Setting up equipment such as printer, roll feed inserter

    Monitoring quality of product

    Preparing and organizing work for subsequent processing through machines

    Maintaining all equipment and systems

    Performing processing according to service levels

    Performing basic maintenance and repairs

    Identifying and resolving routine problems

    Executes jobs through a PC

    Required Skills

    Able to operate simple machines and perform basic maintenance and repairs.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, production environment.

    Strong mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail. 

    Must be able to operate well in a team environment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, repetitive hand motion required and able to lift / push up to 50lbs.

    Must have the ability to achieve standard production and quality goals. 

    Must be capable of performing routine mechanical adjustments and job setups to reduce equipment downtime.

    Work schedule is Monday through Friday on 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am, plus overtime as needed.  Must be willing to work mandatory overtime periods the first week end of every month and additional time as dictated by volume.

    Required Experience

    1+ years experience operating electronic and/or mechanical equipment. 

    Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, deadline driven production environment.

    Transactional Print Operation experience with working knowledge of Cannon/Oce' and/or Ricoh/IBM printing equipment.

    Proficient skills using a PC.
