  • Responsibilities
    • Supervised employees engaged in sales work, customer service, inventory counting, cash control and reconciliation, inventory report preparation (PIR), and record keeping. Ensured accurate reporting and verification of employee time and attendance records.
    • Analyzed and resolved sensitive situations involving operational and personnel issues by effectively collecting information and legal documents in order to establish facts and recommend remedial action and proposal to upper management. Ensured that store operations were safe and compliant with established policies and procedures.
    • Coordinated hiring sessions by setting up appointments with candidates and reviewing qualifications. Submitted hiring packets to Human Resources in order to initiate hiring process.
