    We are looking for a highly internally-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our team!

    OpenSponsorship is the largest digital marketplace making it easy for brands to partner with athletes. We have 11,000+ athletes across 160 sports (including over 50% of the NFL and NBA) and support clients like Walmart, Sperry, FanDuel, and ESPN.     What you’ll do:

    • Assist Account Management team with ensuring client success and happiness, always keeping a pulse on our clients
    • Identify opportunities for growth and bring solutions to the team
    • Collaborate with our data analyst to evaluate data to determine how we can deliver a better platform experience to customers
    • Create campaign reporting and analysis to help clients understand campaign and audience performance
    • Assist the Account Management team with daily operations and client relationship management
    • Must be comfortable with calling our clients, and speaking with them on a 1-1 basis
    • Manage our chat system, “Intercom” with Clients

    As our Customer Success Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of Client Services.

    Who You are:

    • Maintain a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising or other related field
    • At least 1 year of working experience in a client-facing service role (Or 2 relevant internships)
    • Organized, highly internally - motivated, self starter
    • Ability to prioritize and manage work for self and for team, adhering to multiple project timelines
    • Experience with marketing automation software and CRMs is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (Positive and personable)
    • A pro at interpreting, understanding and implementing changes through data
    • Digital Advertising, AdTech, or MarTech experience preferred
    • Lover of all things Sports and Marketing Salary Range - $45,000-$55,000
