Opener / Morning Teacher — Fort Mill, SC

Schedule: Morning Opener (Part-Time or Full-Time Options) Pay: $15–$20/hour (based on experience/education) Benefits: Holiday Pay, PTO, Discounted Childcare

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Opener to start the day at The Learning Experience – Fort Mill, SC. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, creates a positive morning experience, and helps set the tone for a successful day of learning and fun!

What You’ll Do

Greet children & families during morning drop-off

Supervise and engage children as they transition into classrooms

Support teachers with morning classroom prep and routines

Maintain a safe, caring, and organized environment

Follow health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Dependable, punctual and friendly demeanor

Experience working with children at east 3 months

Passion for early learning and child development

Ability to pass state background checks & meet licensing requirements
