    What You’ll Do (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM):

    Assemble and lead a high-performing personal training team that inspires, educates, and delivers

    Partner with your FSM /GM to meet department goals and stay on budget

    Keep your club fully staffed — from reviewing applications to making top-tier hiring recommendations

    Manage PT schedules and lead training team operations for the opening shift

    Monitor team performance and coach for success in a positive, motivating environment

    Champion lead generation strategies — including guest passes, referrals, and in-club promotions

    Drive member engagement by supporting life-changing fitness programs

    Conduct weekly meetings to align your team with club goals and strategies

    Be a strong presence on the floor — visible, helpful, and ready to lead by example

    Requirements:

    College degree preferred

    CPR certification (required)

    Personal Training certification (required)

    Must be comfortable working on your feet and able to lift up to 20 lbs

    Availability for the 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM schedule, including weekends as needed
