Job Description
After setting up a Pandemic Response Lab (PRL) in New York to help with testing capabilities, Opentrons is looking to staff another PRL location in the LA area. PRL LA will be a state of the art high complexity lab dedicated to processing COVID-19 tests with results within 24-48 hours. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
Ordering of computer equipment & accessories for all new/existing office ops staff
Configuring new office ops staff computers with all applicable software
Setting up printers/monitors/conference room AV/tv's for zoom meetings
Troubleshooting general IT requests from office staff (Wifi issues,display issues, equipment malfunction, etc…)
Managing all IT related business, including LL coordination and vendor management
Managing Network, digital security, physical electronic security(card readers)
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in technology management or related field.
3-5 years experience
Start-up experience helpful
