Job Description

After setting up a Pandemic Response Lab (PRL) in New York to help with testing capabilities, Opentrons is looking to staff another PRL location in the LA area. PRL LA will be a state of the art high complexity lab dedicated to processing COVID-19 tests with results within 24-48 hours. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems

• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization

• Ordering of computer equipment & accessories for all new/existing office ops staff

• Configuring new office ops staff computers with all applicable software

• Setting up printers/monitors/conference room AV/tv's for zoom meetings

• Troubleshooting general IT requests from office staff (Wifi issues,display issues, equipment malfunction, etc…)

• Managing all IT related business, including LL coordination and vendor management

• Managing Network, digital security, physical electronic security(card readers)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in technology management or related field.

• 3-5 years experience

• Start-up experience helpful
