    GCHS is looking for an Operating Room Supervisor (RN) to oversee operating room functions and staff, performing a mix of patient care and clerical duties. Join us in providing trusted care to our rural communities!

    Summary: The OR Supervisor functions as the clinical lead for surgical services during scheduled operating room (OR) and procedural days. This is not a management position. The role focuses on coordinating daily OR operations, ensuring readiness of the surgical environment, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting safe, efficient patient care.

    The OR Supervisor works closely with the Director of Nursing, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure surgical services operate effectively and meet all quality and regulatory standards

    The OR Supervisor provides day-to-day operational coordination and clinical leadership only.

    All personnel management responsibilities remain with the Director of Nursing.
