    Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our cleaning company. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating cleaning schedules, assisting with management, monitoring quality control, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and management. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of cleaning practices and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage Cleaning Schedules: Coordinate and schedule cleaning tasks for multiple clients, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.

    Support Management: Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, recordkeeping, and supply management to maintain efficient office/field operations.

    Quality Control: Monitor cleaning activities to verify compliance with quality and safety protocols; provide feedback and guidance on proper cleaning procedures and chemical usage.

    Communication: Act as the liaison between cleaning staff and management, ensuring smooth communication, resolving concerns, and addressing operational issues as they arise.

    Training & Supervision: Assist in training new cleaning staff, supervise their performance, and uphold company standards of cleanliness and customer service.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high-quality standards across all cleaning operations.

    Organizational Skills: Skilled at managing multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively coordinate with staff and clients.

    Cleaning Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning methods, tools, and safety procedures (knowledge of chemical handling preferred).

    Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with management and cleaning staff while maintaining professionalism.

    Education & Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in business administration or facility management is a plus.

    Prior experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, or administrative support preferred.

    Work Environment

    This position involves both office-based administrative work and on-site operational support. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying day-to-day responsibilities.
