    Job Title: Operations Support Manager Celebree School of Cross Creek Ranch Location: 6511 Skyline Dr. Suite #150, Fulshear, TX 77441

    Celebree School of Cross Creek Ranch is a brand new, state-of-the-art early childhood education center serving infants through school-age children in the heart of Fulshear, TX. We are a faith-and-family-oriented school committed to safety, trust, real learning, and whole-family support. We are growing fast and looking for exceptional leaders to grow with us.

    The Operations Support Manager plays a critical leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Celebree School of Cross Creek Ranch. This individual is a dynamic, courageous leader who builds talent, upholds brand standards, and drives operational excellence — all while keeping the parent and child experience at the center of every decision. This role reports directly to the School Director and Owners.

    Ensure the facility meets all safety, licensing, and regulatory standards at all times

    Champion and lead new company initiatives from corporate with enthusiasm and clarity

    Facilitate the learning and adoption of all new programs and business directives

    Ensure new behaviors and programs are sustained over time

    Demonstrate personal flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in all aspects of the role

    Build Operations

    Analyze Business Results

    Analyze key operational and safety metrics to identify strengths and areas of opportunity

    Utilize business tools to maximize performance and improve results

    Understand the relationship between operational issues and business outcomes, recommending impactful solutions

    Communicate Direction

    Communicate clear priorities and relevant information to the team in a timely and effective manner

    Create an open climate where all team members and parents feel comfortable expressing their views

    Serve as an effective communicator and active listener at all levels of the organization

    Ensure strict adherence to quality standards across all operational processes

    Define and communicate clear expectations for quality outcomes

    Qualifications

    Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or operations management role, preferably in early childhood education, hospitality.

    Strong coaching and team development skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

    Passion for children, families, and early education

    Must pass all required background checks per Texas DFPS and Celebree standards

    CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
