    CTRG Holdings is a growing restaurant management company overseeing 23+ quick-service restaurant locations. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Operational Admin to support day-to-day restaurant operations, leadership initiatives, and administrative functions across multiple locations.

    This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on multitasking, solving problems quickly, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with leadership and store teams to help maintain organization, communication, and operational efficiency across the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office & Supply Management

    Place and manage orders through Amazon, Instacart, and other vendors for office and operational needs

    Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder supplies

    Coordinate deliveries to office and store locations as needed

    Restaurant Operations Support

    Assist with third-party delivery platform management, including updating settings and promotions

    Help maintain store hours, menus, and operational details across various platforms

    Support urgent operational requests from stores and leadership teams

    Assist with tracking operational initiatives and ensuring follow-through on action items

    Help coordinate communication between leadership and store teams

    Reporting & Administrative Assistance

    Assist with spreadsheets, reports, data entry, and operational tracking

    Maintain organized records and documentation

    Support leadership with project coordination and administrative tasks

    Prepare reports, summaries, and internal communications as needed

    Help organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up items

    Multi-Location Support

    Assist leadership in supporting 23+ restaurant locations

    Help ensure operational standards and procedures are communicated effectively

    Track store requests and help prioritize follow-up needs

    Support special projects and company growth initiatives

    Qualifications

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and text

    Self-motivated and able to work independently

    Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency

    Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

    Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

    Preferred Experience

    Experience in office administration or operations support

    Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-location environments preferred

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel

    Experience with online ordering platforms, vendor management, or operational systems is a plus

    Strong comfort level with technology and learning new systems quickly
