    Large, dynamic corporation based in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to hire an Operational Financial Analyst. This person will play a key role in bridging finance and operations by analyzing financial data, business performance, and operational processes to provide insights that drive efficiency, profitability, and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership to prepare detailed reports and dashboards on KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial goals align with operational objectives.
    • Build and maintain financial models that measure operational performance, cost drivers, and profitability.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for senior management.
    • Conduct ad hoc analysis on costs, inventory, pricing, and resource allocation.
    • Evaluate process efficiencies and recommend strategies to optimize operational and financial performance.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reviews.
    • Support cross-functional initiatives such as cost reduction, process improvement, and strategic planning.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
    • 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, or business analytics
    • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
    • Solid understanding of financial statements, cost analysis, and operational metrics
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
