Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Thoroughly clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, and facility areas to maintain the highest operational and food safety standards • Operate high-powered sanitation equipment and follow established cleaning procedures to protect product integrity and plant performance • Perform scheduled sanitation tasks with accuracy and consistency, working both independently and alongside team members • Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure they are fully cleaned, sanitized, and ready for production • Complete required sanitation logs, checklists, and documentation to support regulatory and food safety compliance • Communicate effectively with supervisors and the Quality team regarding sanitation concerns, equipment conditions, or potential issues Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality and accuracy • Willingness to perform hands-on, physical work that plays a critical role in food safety and operations • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment • Schedule flexibility, including availability for overnight or third-shift work when sanitation activities are performed • A dependable, safety-minded team member who works well with others and takes responsibility for their work • Prior experience in sanitation or food manufacturing is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude Compensation: $17.38 - $19.88 hourly
