COLSA has multiple openings for Operational Technology (OT) Inventory Analysts in San Antonio, TX, supporting U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Operational Technology inventory activities. This position supports the management and visibility of Army OT assets through inventory research, data collection and validation, analysis, and reporting. The analyst will work with Army Garrison representatives, system owners, and other installation stakeholders to research, analyze, and maintain OT inventory information using Army records, databases, and inventory results. The role also supports program coordination, reporting, and on-site inventory activities at Army installations and requires travel up to 33%.

- Collect, research, validate, analyze, and report Army Operational Technology (OT) inventory information using Army records, databases, inventory results, and information from installation points of contact.
- Collaborate with Army Garrison representatives, system owners, and other installation stakeholders to collect and validate OT inventory data, documentation, and supporting artifacts.
- Research Army OT, facility, and real property information using HQIIS, Army Vantage, BUILDER, APMS, eMASS, and other applicable Army data sources.
- Review and reconcile OT inventory information across available records and data sources to identify discrepancies, gaps, and incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Support OT inventory reviews and on-site inventory activities, including site visit planning, facility sequencing, data collection, asset validation, and documentation.
- Research, analyze, and organize technical, inventory, and statistical information to support program reporting, asset visibility, and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, trackers, and other tools used to organize, analyze, and report OT inventory information.
- Monitor inventory and program activities and provide status information, findings, and updates to program leadership and Government stakeholders.
- Prepare inventory results, project briefings, after-action reports, requests for information, taskers, and other program documentation and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, briefings, site visits, and other program and inventory activities.

- Active DoD security clearance.
- Experience supporting Army Operational Technology (OT), Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS), facilities, real property, or related technical asset inventory activities.
- Experience conducting or supporting OT inventories, technical inventories, site surveys, data collection, or asset validation at Army installations.
- Familiarity with Army OT environments and inventory activities.
- Familiarity with Army OT and real property systems and data sources, including HQIIS, Army Vantage, BUILDER, APMS, and eMASS.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including experience organizing and analyzing large or complex data sets.
- Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, or other visual reporting products to communicate inventory, technical, or program information.
- Experience preparing inventory results, project briefings, after-action reports, requests for information, taskers, or other Government program documentation.
