    Are you someone who keeps the numbers accurate and the business running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Accounting Manager to oversee the financial and day-to-day operations of a growing organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with numbers, and confident managing people and processes. You’ll help keep the business financially organized, improve internal systems, support the team, and make sure day-to-day operations run efficiently. Compensation Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience Paid time off 401(k) Bonus opportunities Health Benefits Growth and advancement potential Responsibilities: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and reconciliations Prepare financial reports and help manage budgets Maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, and technology Manage and support office staff Improve processes and create more efficient systems Assist with hiring, training, and employee development Maintain databases and internal records Support leadership with administrative and operational needs Help ensure the team has the tools and resources needed to succeed Qualifications: 2+ years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Experience managing employees or teams preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with numbers and financial information Strong computer and technology skills Ability to create and improve processes Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and dependable Able to work independently and solve problems Calm and professional under pressure Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
