    Pack Member Profile: Operations & Accounting Team Member (Franchise / Multi-Unit Support) We are a growing team supporting multi-unit operators across accounting, operations, and reporting systems. Our focus is helping clients successfully implement, maintain, and get value from their systems. This role is focused on execution. You will be responsible for supporting multiple clients across onboarding, ongoing accounting workflows, and system maintenance. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Onboarding

    Support new client implementations across accounting and operational systems

    Map accounts between systems (e.g., QuickBooks and operational platforms)

    Validate sales, deposits, and financial data

    Configure workflows including tip automation and daily sales processes

    Identify and resolve gaps in client data or setup

    1. Ongoing Accounting & Operations Support

    Assist with weekly and monthly close processes

    Perform sales validation between POS and accounting systems

    Reconcile cash and deposits

    Maintain and update system mappings as needed

    Support multiple clients simultaneously

    1. Client Communication

    Respond to client questions and provide support

    Follow up on outstanding items and keep projects moving

    Translate system issues into clear next steps for clients

    1. System Troubleshooting

    Work across multiple systems including POS platforms, accounting software, and operational tools

    Identify discrepancies and resolve issues

    Navigate incomplete or inconsistent data environments

    Qualifications:

    3-5 years’ experience with bookkeeping or accounting

    Familiarity with QuickBooks Online

    Experience with multi-unit or franchise environments is a plus

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
