    HVAC Operations Coordinator

    Location: Norwalk, CT Industry: Residential HVAC (Franchise-Backed Company)

    We are a growing residential HVAC company backed by a nationally recognized franchise, and we’re looking for an Operations Admin / Dispatch Coordinator to help support day-to-day operations as we continue to expand.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands HVAC service operations, and is excited to help build and grow a business from the ground up.

    Responsibilities

    Dispatch technicians and manage daily service schedules using ServiceTitan

    Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient routing and job completion

    Manage supplier relationships and assist with ordering equipment and materials

    Prepare customer quotes and proposals

    Support basic sales activities and follow-ups

    Maintain accurate job records and scheduling within ServiceTitan

    Assist with operational coordination as the business continues to grow

    Requirements

    Experience using ServiceTitan

    Previous experience in dispatching or operations within an HVAC, plumbing, or home service company

    Experience managing suppliers and job materials

    Experience preparing quotes or assisting with sales

    Strong organizational and communication skills

    High-energy personality with a “hustle” mindset

    Excited about helping grow a new and expanding business

    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (plus sales incentives)
