    Job Objective

    The General Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all company operations, ensuring sustainable business growth in the sales and installation of water treatment systems and home remodeling services. This role is focused on driving profitability, operational efficiency, service quality, and achievement of strategic business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operational Leadership

    Oversee all company departments, including sales, operations, installation, administration, and customer service.

    Establish, implement, and monitor operational and business performance goals.

    Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

    Ensure successful execution of water treatment installation and home remodeling projects.

    Sales & Business Development

    Develop and implement sales strategies for water treatment systems and remodeling services.

    Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

    Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

    Supervise sales teams and ensure achievement of targets.

    Project Management

    Oversee all installation and remodeling projects from start to completion.

    Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Coordinate with technicians, installers, and contractors to ensure quality execution.

    Financial & Administrative Oversight

    Review financial reports, budgets, and operational costs.

    Monitor profitability and ensure cost efficiency.

    Approve operational expenses and strategic purchases.

    Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to maintain financial control.

    Human Resources & Team Leadership

    Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.

    Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes.

    Foster a productive, professional, and results-driven work environment.

    Customer Service Excellence

    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.

    Implement improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

    Requirements

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field.

    MBA or advanced management studies preferred.

    Experience

    5–10+ years of experience in managerial or executive leadership roles.

    Experience in sales, construction, remodeling, or technical service industries preferred.

    Proven experience managing teams and business operations.

    Technical Skills

    Strong knowledge of operations and project management.

    Financial analysis and budgeting skills.

    Sales strategy development and execution.

    Experience with CRM and business management software.

    Microsoft Office (advanced level).

    Knowledge of installation or construction processes is a plus.
