    Summary

    We’re looking for an adaptable and driven Operations Admin to join our corporate office franchise support team based in North Austin. This role supports the Operations leadership team along with the full quick service operations team, providing critical assistance with staffing coordination, data tracking, communications, and tech systems. If you thrive on juggling many moving parts and know how to keep a team humming smoothly, you’ll fit right in.

    Responsibilities

    Provide direct administrative support to the COO, including scheduling, email management and meeting coordination.

    Collaborate with restaurant managers on staffing needs, performance metrics, and operational updates.

    Implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency and profitability.

    Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain optimal stock.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.

    Pull and analyze performance reports using tools such as TOAST, and R365.

    Utilize Microsoft teams and other collaborative apps to manage communications and tasks.

    Analyze sales reports and develop strategies for improving performance.

    Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.

    Requirements

    2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, ideally in a quick service or hospitality industry.

    Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a high energy setting

    Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.

    Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Teams or other related business tools.

    Prefer hands on experience with TOAST POS and R365

    Ability to analyze financial reports and implement retail math effectively.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Self-directed, resourceful and dependable.

    Bonus Skills

    Familiarity with hiring platforms like Indeed or Workstream.

    Understanding of franchise operations and multi-unit restaurant management
