    Position Overview

    Proprioceptive Solutions is seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential to creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient and guest. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in supporting daily front desk operations while ensuring exceptional service and administrative efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet and welcome patients, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner

    Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department

    Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

    Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately

    Update and maintain patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system

    Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record maintenance

    Address patient questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally

    Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations

    Generate reports and provide administrative support as requested by supervisors

    Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area

    Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and emergency procedures

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred

    Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or performance setting is a plus

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems

    Professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
