    We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, helping clients, and all other administrative tasks bestowed upon you. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist and improve operational practices

    Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines

    Track and forecast operational trends and analysis

    Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams

    ​Qualifications:

    Previous Operations Administrative Support with experience in operations or other related fields

    Strong project management skills

    Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

    Ability to learn and apply internal software processes to the daily operation

    Strong administrative qualities
