We’re seeking an Operations Assistant who is excited to grow with us, bring systems to life, and create an exceptional experience for our clients.

    Position Overview: The Operations Assistant is the backbone of the studio, supporting daily operations, assisting with administrative and customer service tasks, and helping to maintain an inviting, efficient, and well-organized environment. This person will be instrumental in ensuring the studio runs smoothly as we expand our presence and refine our brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Welcome clients warmly and assist with check-in and scheduling

    Manage booking software, class rosters, and waitlists

    Maintain cleanliness and studio readiness (equipment sanitization, tidy lobby, etc.)

    Assist with inventory tracking and supply restocking

    Support studio marketing efforts (social media content, event coordination, promotions)

    Handle light administrative tasks (data entry, responding to emails, client follow-ups)

    Provide feedback and help develop operational systems as the studio grows

    Be a reliable, positive presence and team player within our studio culture

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Prior experience in a studio, gym, or hospitality environment

    Familiarity with wellness/fitness booking platforms (e.g., Mindbody, Mariana Tek, etc.)

    Social media savvy and comfortable creating content

    Hours & Compensation:

    Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
