    We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator / Operations Assistant to help keep our office and manufacturing facility running smoothly day-to-day. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being busy, notices when something needs to get done, and takes care of it without needing a lot of direction. You’ll handle everything from coordinating deliveries and shipping packages to keeping the kitchen stocked, ordering team lunches, and making sure the office stays clean and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is personable, dependable, and wants exposure to the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving robotics company. Responsibilities: Keep the office, kitchen, common areas, and supplies organized and well stocked Order snacks, drinks, groceries, office supplies, and other day-to-day necessities Coordinate team lunches, catering, and occasional company events Schedule and coordinate deliveries, pickups, couriers, vendors, and service appointments Prepare, pack, label, and ship packages through UPS, FedEx, and other carriers Receive incoming packages and make sure they get to the right person Help manage trash, recycling, dishes, and general office upkeep Monitor inventory of commonly used office and kitchen supplies and reorder before things run out Assist with errands and miscellaneous operational tasks as they come up Help coordinate visitors and keep the front-office experience professional and welcoming Support the operations team and leadership with scheduling, purchasing, research, and light administrative work Jump in wherever needed to keep the team moving Qualifications: Extremely organized and reliable Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with employees, vendors, and visitors Proactive — you notice problems and solve them rather than waiting to be asked Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable startup environment Able to communicate clearly by text, email, and in person Comfortable using basic computer tools and learning new software Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Compensation: $24 - $26 hourly
