Job Summary:

Are you organized, bilingual, and proactive? We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to support our Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising the cleaning services we offer. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients receive timely, professional, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Operations Manager with daily planning and coordination of cleaning services.

Help manage supplies: inventory, deliveries, and restocking at job sites.

Assist with scheduling and tracking team performance (using basic data tools).

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.

Be ready to help in urgent situations or special requests when needed.

Requirements:

Full-time availability and ability to work in-person.

Bilingual – English and Spanish (fluency in both languages is mandatory).

Valid driver's license required – must be able to travel between job sites.

Strong skills in organization, customer service, and interpersonal communication.

Active, responsible, and solutions-oriented individual.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Resident of the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia).

Previous experience in logistics or inventory management (preferred but not required).

In-person interview is required as part of the selection process.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
