    JP Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily operational activities across the company. This full-time role provides critical administrative, reporting, and coordination support to Operations, Safety, QA/QC, and field leadership. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, follows processes accurately, takes initiative, and ensures smooth communication between office and field personnel.

    ** JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    • Time & Expenses: Collect, verify, and process employee time entries and expense submissions; ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Hotel & Travel Reviews: Books and reviews hotel invoices, verify rates against online listings, and identify cost comparisons.
    • Safety Support: Track safety metrics, ensure documentation is complete, and assist with maintaining accurate safety records. Support Operations Management team with scheduling all safety/compliance requirements and working with third party vendors to ensure all gaps are closed.
    • QA/QC Documentation: Route and submitting all QA/QC paperwork directly to the appropriate personnel; maintain organized filing.
    • Field Bonus Administration: Manage field bonus tracking, verify eligibility, and coordinate with Payroll for accurate payouts.
    • Load-Out List Tracking: Perform utilization data entry with high accuracy and create routine reports for management team.
    • Manpower Updates: Maintain current manpower rosters and provide daily/weekly updates to operations leadership.
    • Other Duties As Assigned: Assist with any business need as it arises.

    ** POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**

    Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

    • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data-entry applications.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to follow up and resolve discrepancies.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in operations, construction, or oil & gas fields preferred (not required).
